I haven’t ordered from you before do I need to set up an account?

No, you can just log in as a guest however setting up an account will allow you to track your order history and makes you eligible for any loyalty offers that may be available

How do I pay?

You can pay when checking out using PayPal or via electronic funds transfer (eft).

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on location and whether you opt for extra cover for loss or damage.

Our delivery charges for a single order up to 20kg are as follows :

When shall I receive my order?

Please allow 12hrs for us to dispatch your order. This time indication is an estimate and may occasionally change where the need arises. We dispatch everyday and once dispatched our courier will deliver the next working day for Perth deliveries and longer for deliveries outside of Perth.

What this means for you is that in general order Perth orders will be delivered the next day or within 1-2 days and orders outside of Perth will have a little longer.

Can I come and collect my order from you?

Sorry but we don’t have a shop premises where customers can come to.

I don’t live in Perth.  Can I order through you?

Of course you can!!! Contact us for a our shipping rates outside of Perth.

What’s the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount

Can I set up a standing order?

Yes! Just send an email to info@wholefoodhub.com.au and we can set up a regular order.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No, returns are not allowed simply because you change your mind. If you have any concerns with any of our products please contact us at info@wholefoodhub.com.au

Can you send something directly to someone as a gift?

Making gift giving easy, fast and convenient, we are more than happy to send your gifts wrapped lovingly directly to the person they are for. All gifts will be sent gift wrapped with a gift tag including your personalised message.

Please add a comment when you checkout, including a message you would like written on a gift tag and add the recipients address in the shipping address section.

Shipping will be incurred for each address we need to ship to however if you have a few gifts to send please contact us at info@wholefoodhub.com.au and we will try to provide a discounted shipping rate.

I have specific dietary requirements and/or food allergies. What should I know about your products?

Our Wholefood Essentials products which include a range of nuts, dried fruit, seeds, grains and cereals are packed on shared equipment in our facility. This includes nut, sesame, soy and gluten products. Pantry Bulk Buy products may contain traces of these.
